Meal Plan:

Each person attending will be asked to donate $3.00 for each meal that they will be having, payable in advance (check or money order) by sending your payment to:  SSgt. D. Eckhart, 38093 Glasgow Road, Lisbon OH 44432.  With your payment, please let me know about any dietary restrictions that you may have (religious, diabetic, low-fat, etc.) that I can prepare for you.  By sending your payment, we can have an exact count on who will be attending, so that we can have enough for everyone, yet not have so much that there is waste.  NOTE:  Should your 'lunch money' not be received by June 14, there are no guarantees that there will be enough 'groceries' there for you.   

The following is the proposed menu for the weekend: 

Friday Dinner - 1830                                                                                                                      Submarine Sandwiches & Fresh Veggies/Chips  OR    Pasta w/ meat sauce & Tossed Salad Sliced Peaches & Chocolate Cake 

Saturday Breakfast - 0800                                                                                                                Cereal w/ milk, Pastries, Fresh Fruit, & Orange Juice

Saturday Dinner - 1700                                                                                                                    All-Beef Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes w/ Gravy, Whole Kernel Corn & Home-Made Bread w/ Butter, Cole Slaw (mayo or vinaigrette dressing), & Chocolate Cake 

Saturday Fourth Meal - 2330                                                                                                     Cream of Potato Soup w/Crackers & Crusty Bread

Sunday Breakfast - 0700                                                                                                            Turkey Sausage Gravy & Biscuits, Fresh Fruit, & Orange Juice

Sunday Lunch - 1300                                                                                                                   Hamburgers / Hot Dogs & Baked Beans, Cole Slaw (mayo or vinaigrette dressing), Fresh Veggies / Chips, & Chocolate Cake
